Orders placed Monday-Saturday are usually processed and shipped out of our warehouses within a few hours. We have warehouses all over the country, so most orders arrive with normal shipping in 5-7 days or less. In rare circumstances, when ordering multiple items, one piece may arrive a day or so early if the warehouse that item was stocked at is closer.

We currently only offer exchanges on items that are on sale (usually most products), as we heavily discount our products to offer customers a chance to purchase pieces that would normally be expensive for a much more affordable price.
