Shipping
We currently are not shipping overseas but plan to reopen up global markets in the near future.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Store credit will be issued for products returned in new condition.
Only Pre-Orders / Wait & Save products canceled within 7 days of purchase are eligible for refunds back to the original payment method. All other purchased products are eligible for store credit only or exchanges in size or color.
Our return window is 30 days post delivery. All requests must be submitted through the Loop Returns portal at the link below, subject to country availability.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If an item arrives damaged this will need to be reported within 5 days of delivery. When reporting this to us, please include images of the damage and an attachment of the SKU on the polybag packaging your item arrived in. Once approved, Haus will replace it with the same size and color as the original order. If any damage is reported after the 5 day time period, Haus is not responsible. If the required images cannot be provided, Haus will be unable to fulfill your request.
Returns Terms and Guidelines:
- All returned items must have no wear and tear, stains, or other signs of excess usage.
- Return shipping costs will be subtracted from the store credit total you are issued when your items are received back by us.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged so that they will not be damaged in transit.
- Please make sure to use the Loop Returns website and label to send back your return. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return without using the label they generate.
- Please use your Loop Returns shipping label within 7 days of its creation.
- Store Credit will be issued within 1 week of your return being received by our warehouse. If there is an issue with your return upon arrival, you will be contacted by support@squidhaus.us.
All Haus orders are processed within 5 minutes of purchase and shipped within 72 business hours to ensure speedy delivery.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, we'll need proof of purchase (your order number) and the product must be returned in the condition it was received (unused and with the tag still on). Although it's not required, we'd love to know why you'd like to return your order so that we can receive feedback on how we can improve in the future!

SquidHaus is the only athletic apparel brand that actually wants to see you succeed. If you need to exchange an item due to a change in size resulting from a fitness achievement, we've got you covered.
1. Email support@squidhaus.us with your order number and progress pictures
2. Ship your old item to us and provide the tracking number
3. Once it arrives we will send you a brand new item in the size you need

Post exchange - We'd love to showcase your amazing achievement on our page, so we'd greatly appreciate any gym or mirror pics in your new exchanged item.
