We understand that sometimes your order isn't quite right — and that's okay.
At Haus, we've made returns simple, flexible, and stress free.
Eligible items can be returned for an exchange or store credit.

Returns Information
Processing Time
Once your return is received at our warehouse, your exchange or store credit will be issued within 7 business days. If there is an issue with your return upon arrival, you will be contacted by support@squidhaus.us.
Store credit is issued via email — it never expires and can be used on any future order.
Return Window
Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Returns requested outside this period or that don't meet policy criteria will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
All returned items must meet the following standards:
Items must be in new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, pet hair, or other signs of excess usage.
Tags must still be attached to the product.
The item and its packaging must both be in good shape.
The barcode sticker must still be on the polybag packaging and be clearly visible (this is what our warehouse uses to identify the product).
Non-Returnable Items
Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We offer two options through our Returns Portal:
Exchange:
Swap your item for a different size or color (based on availability). Your replacement will ship once your return has been received and processed.
Store Credit:
Receive store credit equal to your return value. Store credit is emailed automatically once your return is processed and never expires.
Additional Details
Products purchased on sale can only be exchanged for a different item or returned for store credit.
Pre-orders and Wait & Save products canceled within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. All other products are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Exchanges are processed at the discounted amount paid for each item.
If your requested exchange item is out of stock, you'll automatically receive store credit.
Return shipping costs will be subtracted from the store credit total you are issued.
Please use your Loop Returns shipping label within 7 days of its creation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of:
The item
The packaging
The shipping label or SKU on the polybag packaging
Once approved, a replacement will be shipped for the same item and size (based on availability). If any damage is reported after the 5-day period, Haus is not responsible. If the required images cannot be provided, Haus will be unable to fulfill your request.
Policy Reminders
Returns are accepted only through our Returns Portal at squidhaus.loopreturns.com — this ensures tracking and timely processing.
Items sent outside of this process may be delayed or ineligible for exchange or credit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged so they will not be damaged in transit.
All orders are processed within 5 minutes of purchase and shipped within 72 business hours to ensure speedy delivery.
FAQs
Can I get a refund to my original payment method?
Refunds to your original payment method are only available for pre-orders and Wait & Save products canceled within 7 days of purchase. All other returns are processed as exchanges or store credit.
How long does it take to receive my store credit?
Store credit will be issued within 1 week of your return being received by our warehouse.
How long do I have to use my return label?
Please use your Loop Returns shipping label within 7 days of its creation.
What if my exchange item is out of stock?
If your requested size or color is unavailable, you'll automatically receive store credit instead.

International Returns
Due to shipping and customs limitations, we are unable to accept returns on international orders at this time. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.
If your international order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery through our Contact Form with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
