"Ordered the Premium tank 3-pack and Essentials athletic tee (order #SH620611, $95). Neither fit — both are cut too long, and sizing down wouldn't fix the length. When I went to return them, I found out HAUS does not refund to your original payment method, ever. The only options are exchange or store credit — the portal offered me a $110.20 gift card. I emailed support asking for an exception and got an automated reply saying refunds "aren't sustainable" because they cover return shipping. That's the same standard poly mailer every clothing brand ships in. If there's any chance you'll need to return something, know before you buy: your money stays as store credit."
