Orders placed Monday-Saturday are usually processed and shipped out of our warehouses within a few hours. We have warehouses all over the country, so most orders arrive with normal shipping in 5-7 days or less. In rare circumstances, when ordering multiple items, one piece may arrive a day or so early if the warehouse that item was stocked at is closer.
We currently only offer exchanges and returns for store credit on items that are on sale (usually most products), as we heavily discount our products to offer customers a chance to purchase pieces that would normally be expensive for a much more affordable price.

Great fit, only issue is that they run small. I wear xl and to exchange for 2xl. Regardless I love the fit and material.
First of all, I was sent the wrong item. It took days of back-and-forth communication just to clear things up and prove that the incorrect item had been sent. Once everything was finally clarified, I was told to keep the item I received and that the correct item would be shipped once it restocked. So essentially, an item was sold to me that was apparently out of stock, and I was sent the wrong item instead. To their credit, they did let me keep the incorrect item and promised to send the proper replacement. However, when I later reached out and said I would rather switch to a different item that was already in stock instead of continuing to wait, I was suddenly told I would need to send an item back and process it as an exchange. That made no sense considering I had already been told to keep the original incorrect item. I’ve been going back and forth with this company for weeks regarding this order. The products themselves seem good, but I honestly can’t review the shorts I originally ordered because I never received them. Customer service tries to help, but the response times are extremely slow, communication is inconsistent, and the whole process has been unnecessarily confusing and frustrating.

Tuffest shorts I own, super comfy and fit is perfect. I hit legs and ran a few after and shorts were perfect no complaints.
Great quality. I miss a pocket in small of back to hold phone. But this is much better than some of the other 2-1 shorts marketed to runners.
These are AMAZING lined shorts - I typically use another brand that is almost double the price, but was amazed at the great fit and function. I did a true leg workout in them and liked how the inner liner was just a little longer than my other "go to" brand and I like the 5 inch outer shorts. My only concern has nothing to do with the fit or function but how long it took to get these - I ordered on Feb 20 and got them last week - May 20 - I definitely want more but all other colors I want are out of stock - at this rate I will get at the end of summer - please keep these amazing shorts in stock! I now know why they are so popular!

These shorts are incredible. They fit great, are flattering, and hold up well. I've bought other shorts from other brands and have seen fraying in the hem in the first couple wears. I'm several wears in on these shorts and they're holding up great. I've already pre-ordered three more pairs and can't wait for them to come in.

FALSE ADVERTISED!!!! Your images on your site show that there are not zippers on the side pockets, but mine arrived with zippers.... Hella disappointed.... My first pair didnt have zippers and now my second pair has zippers. Not to mention that the pockets are super small and annoying to get in and out of due to the zippers...
I dont know why you giys updated these shorts and added more zipper pockets…. I dont need 3 zipper pockets… 1 is enough. Not to mention these have 2 phone pockets on the compression liners… the zipper pockets are too small and hard to get in to. Plus the zippers get in the way…. Go back to the old deaign with just 1 rear/side zipper pocket. Im going to the gym, not a jungle safari.
