Orders placed Monday-Saturday are usually processed and shipped out of our warehouses within a few hours. We have warehouses all over the country, so most orders arrive with normal shipping in 5-7 days or less. In rare circumstances, when ordering multiple items, one piece may arrive a day or so early if the warehouse that item was stocked at is closer.
We currently only offer exchanges and returns for store credit on items that are on sale (usually most products), as we heavily discount our products to offer customers a chance to purchase pieces that would normally be expensive for a much more affordable price.

"order came in fast and well protected. tried them on and the material is great. I love it. the only down side is. the tops did not fit. I ended up giving all of them to my younger brother who is 6ft and 165lbs. and it fits him perfect. I guess I have more of a dad bod.... so I should have gotten an XL or XXL would have been the better fit since these sizes run tight/fitted. I don't have the body type that these models advertised have. I should have compensated my beer belly into account. will buy again just gonna buy a bigger size."
"Ordered an XL and this thing fits like it is 2 sizes too small. I have bought things that ran small, but this is insane. The material is cheap and I would not be surprised if this lasted only about 3 washes. Not exactly matching the term "performance". The 3/4 zip was so disappointing, especially at $55. I wouldn't even leave a review if it was cheaper, but at that price I have got to speak up about how much I wasted my money on this."

I didn't notice until after I unboxed and wore the black and red ones that my charcoal shipped with a snag in it. So look out out for this when opening.
