Their tanks don’t fit, and they don’t manufacture a larger size. Yet they REFUSE to refund my money, offering only store credit. I purchased 5” shorts in a promotional bundle offering both 5” and 6.5” options. The shorter shorts look like underwear! When I requested the longer version, HAUS refused an exchange, claiming they’re different products in their warehouse. This restriction was NEVER disclosed when ordering. Returning items for store credit means losing my original promotional discounts and potentially paying more for replacements! Customer service repeatedly defended their policies. They offered a 25% discount, but that wouldn’t restore my original pricing. HAUS keeps your money even when clothing doesn’t fit and no suitable replacement exists. Terrible customer service, restrictive return policies, and no flexibility. NEVER AGAIN!"
